Russ Mountain had a knack for spotting the potential in people. He also had a formula through multiple training programs to help people who worked for him reach their potential and go beyond. Russ was larger than life and was the person you wanted in your corner during any big career decision. He taught everyone who worked for him to learn, grow, and trust themselves.
