Programs and Efforts for every level of recruiter

Our wide range of volunteer programs allow everyone to contribute

Regardless of the skillset or time that a member of the CXR Foundation has to contribute, we’ve a program where they can participate and add value.  Our efforts include things as technical as full web platform design to sitting with future graduates to help them prepare for their first post-college employment.

Foundation Scholarship

CXR Foundation is proud to award an annual $10,000 scholarship to industry-related studies and recruiting professionals or family members within the United States.

Each year a single awardee is selected from hundreds of applications and ultimately a dozen interviews that are performed by our volunteer board and scholarship committee members.

The $10,000 annual award is made possible by CXR Foundation membership dues and donations.

Applications for 2023 open until January 31. Apply now.

Project 1ne

This new program is focused on a concerted effort to enlist employed talent professionals to dedicate themselves to having one conversation with one job seeker for one hour – in an effort to make all the difference for one industry peer.

The History of Recruiting

Focusing on the history of recruiting, this research project chronicles how today’s technology and talent acquisition processes have evolved from as far back as the 1800’s (so far.)

Teams of recruiters from around the world continue to contribute to this fascinating project that any industry professional can appreciate.

CXR Cares

An opportunity to come together for a few hours to make a difference. Hands-on projects in local communities that might include leading workshops for college students around job skills, stocking shelves in food pantries, sorting donations in a community clothes closet, working in a soup kitchen or homeless shelter. The list is practically endless.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, CXR Cares projects are currently suspended. We plan to revive them again in 2021 as soon as it is safe to do so.

Diverse Suppliers Directory

CXR Foundation is building a directory listing of minority and women-owned industry solutions providers.

Join the volunteer team leading this effort to collect and promote details that will help employers make informed decisions about selecting and recognizing these incredible businesses.
