Regardless of the skillset or time that a member of the CXR Foundation has to contribute, we’ve a program where they can participate and add value. Our efforts include things as technical as full web platform design to sitting with future graduates to help them prepare for their first post-college employment.
The flagship effort of the CXR Foundation, Recruiters Recruiting Recruiters, is aimed at helping recruiters whose employment has been negatively impacted by the pandemic and resulting economy. In the spring of 2020, employers, vendors, and individual volunteers collectively came together to produce a “living” list of always updated recruiting employment opportunities from organizations that are committed to delivering a satisfactory candidate experience.
It is our hope that RecruitersRecruitingRecruiters.com is a place where recruiters can be treated fairly and humanely and we can all learn to grow a community where candidate experience is paramount and helping others is the ONLY order of the day. Our belief in the community prompted this, but our Code of Conduct ensures it.
This new program is focused on a concerted effort to enlist employed talent professionals to dedicate themselves to having one conversation with one job seeker for one hour – in an effort to make all the difference for one industry peer.
An opportunity to come together for a few hours to make a difference. Hands-on projects in local communities that might include leading workshops for college students around job skills, stocking shelves in food pantries, sorting donations in a community clothes closet, working in a soup kitchen or homeless shelter. The list is practically endless.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, CXR Cares projects are currently suspended. We plan to revive them again in 2021 as soon as it is safe to do so.
Focusing on the history of recruiting, this research project chronicles how today’s technology and talent acquisition processes have evolved from as far back as the 1800’s (so far.)
Teams of recruiters from around the world continue to contribute to this fascinating project that any industry professional can appreciate.
