The CXR Foundation started with our CXR Cares initiatives. CXR Cares gives the CXR Community opportunities to volunteer time and support local service groups. From stocking food pantry shelves to flipping beds in homeless shelters to advising soon-to-be graduates at a local community college, the CXR Cares project is a hands-on way to make a difference. The CXR Foundation will continue to support projects that raise money that we can give back to local communities and organizations who do good work. Project: Get Cooking Fundraiser
OUR MISSION
Raise funds to support Foundation efforts and local charities across the globe.
WHO WE ARE
Get Cooking is an exciting and fun CXR Foundation project aimed at virtually bringing together colleagues and peers to cook fantastic meals and break bread together. For a minimum donation, participants will join others for a live guided cooking session and be given lifetime access to the online community cookbook. The virtual cookbook will house not only the recipes, but the recorded session and an overview summary of the story/ideals shared by the chef. Each chef will is given the choice of allocating a percentage of all donations to an additional charity of their choice.

To help those in need by supporting the efforts of local service organizations.
WHO WE ARE
An opportunity to come together for a few hours to make a difference. Hands-on projects in local communities that might include leading workshops for college students around job skills, stocking shelves in food pantries, sorting donations in a community clothes closet, working in a soup kitchen or homeless shelter. The list is practically endless.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, CXR Cares projects are currently suspended. We plan to revive them again in 2021 as soon as it is safe to do so.

OUR MISSION
To support post-secondary education of families in the talent profession.
WHO WE ARE
The CXR Foundation Board intends to award a scholarship each year. It’s one way to make a more personal impact on our community of talent acquisition and talent management professionals.
